Cindy, I just looked at your supplements list and I have to say, I'm quite impressed! You certainly have a lot of bases covered with that plan--funny enough, just yesterday I decided to bring Selenium back into my plan--got spooked by not taking it for its anti-cancer properties--need that protection! Enjoying your blog! Good luck to you! Adam;-)

A Registered Nurse since 1976, she currently works as a Case Manager working with Workers Compensation clients. Studying and researching health and diet issues has become a passion over the past few years. Of particular interest are low carb diets and natural foods, and how they relate to various health issues. Seemingly recent dependence by the healthcare industry on prescription medications is also a concern of hers.

Hi Adam!! New to reading my blog? Glad to have you!!
I'm trying to cover all the bases! Most of what I take is based on reading about nutrition, mainly from Dr Michael Eades.
